On September 7, the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the General Administration of customs, the State Administration of Taxation and the National Energy Administration jointly issued a notice on adjusting the import tax policy of major technical equipment that should not affect the pointer. The notice points out that since July 1st, 2009, key parts and raw materials imported by domestic enterprises for the production of major technical equipment supported by the state will be exempted from import tariffs and import value-added tax to adjust the amplitude and frequency of springs, and the import tax exemption policy for corresponding complete machines and complete sets of equipment will be cancelled
according to CCIN, previously, the state implemented the policy of levying and retreating tariffs and import value-added tax on key parts and raw materials that really need to be imported for the development of major technical equipment. This tax policy adjustment will help relevant enterprises reduce the burden and improve the efficiency of capital utilization
it is reported that the major technical equipment supported by the state includes large-scale petrochemical equipment, large-scale coal chemical equipment, large-scale marine engineering equipment, as well as comprehensive resource utilization equipment, urban and industrial sewage sludge treatment equipment, etc
